In fact, In Isaiah 28, God’s word clearly says that all your best attempts at righteousness are in the same category as used toilet paper. When you look at it that way, it makes you re-think how you approach this Christian walk.

Does this mean we give up trying, and live however we want? We’ll unpack that question in today’s podcast.

Last year was a big year for RTF. We crafted and launched the Hope, Healing, And Freedom podcast, we announced our new myRTF platform and began streamlining our organization, we hosted an amazing live International Advanced Conference here in Nashville, and most importantly – many received a renewed hope, deep healing, and freedom in Christ.

Some doctrine’s promote a works-centric gospel message, while others promote a liberal grace with no regard for works. In our last podcast we began to bring some clarity and understanding to the works/grace tension.

In today’s podcast, we dive deeper on the topic. As always, our goal is to give you Biblical truth to help you live a full life of freedom in Christ!

Are we saved by our works? Are we saved by grace? The word of God is clear:

“8 For by grace you have been saved through faith; and that not of yourselves, it is the gift of God; 9 not as a result of works, so that no one may boast. 10 For we are His workmanship, created in Christ Jesus for good works, which God prepared beforehand so that we would walk in them.”  – Ephesians 2:8-10 NASB 1995
